What the Work Looks Like
In this role, you will work closely with psychology interns, trainees, and staff as they provide therapy, case management, and psychological assessment services. Much of your time will be spent in supervision—observing sessions, reviewing clinical work, discussing cases, and offering thoughtful feedback that helps clinicians strengthen their skills and clinical judgment. You will maintain a small caseload and provide culturally responsive therapy, while also staying involved in psychological and neuropsychological assessment through direct testing, consultation, and review of reports. The work is collaborative and hands-on, balancing direct clinical care with mentorship, problem-solving, and supporting clinicians as they navigate complex clinical presentations in a community mental health setting.
