The Department of Psychology at Southern Methodist University seeks a full-time Lecturer in Psychology (Position No. 52639) to begin in August 2025. This is a non-tenure track professional and teaching (P&T) faculty position with an initial contract for up to three years, renewable. Normal teaching load is twelve credit hours per semester (a 4/4 load) with opportunities for summer and intersession teaching. A PhD in psychology is required at the time of appointment. We are seeking candidates with teaching experience and the expertise to teach a breadth of courses in one or more of the following areas of psychology: introductory, developmental, social, personality, cognitive, and psychopathology.
