Opening for full-time Project Coordinator position in child clinical psychology at Loma Linda University. This person will coordinate a NIH-funded longitudinal study examining the impact of COVID-related school closures on child and family outcomes. At the Loma Linda site, we specifically work with monolingual Spanish-speaking families of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities so we are searching for a bilingual (English and Spanish) coordinator interested in this population. This position is ideal for applicants looking to apply to graduate school in the future.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the administration of this grant and will be supervised by Dr. Cameron Neece. This is a two-year position that will start Summer 2024. The Project Coordinator will handle administrative management of the study, including implementing and maintaining participant tracking databases and ensuring that information is accurate and up-to-date; coordinating record keeping and managing the supply of study materials; managing Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions, including assisting in the preparation and submission of revisions and updates to the IRB; assisting with data collection from parent and child participants; conducting interviews with parents and study activities with children as part of data collection for the research study; conducting psychological and developmental assessments of children; analyzing and entering research data collected into the appropriate databases; participating in staff meetings; and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a closely related field, with significant Psychology coursework, is required. Additional clinical or research experience strongly preferred.  We are only interested in applicants that are bilingual (Spanish and English).
